Ramsés has 17 years of consulting focused on the Brazilian and other Latin American markets. The leader of ZS’s São Paulo office, he has broad-based international experience with companies in Latin America, Canada, U.S., and Asia.

 

 

Ramsés’ areas of expertise center on sales force and marketing strategy and implementation. He has worked extensively in areas such as sales force productivity, territory alignment, brand planning, forecasting, customer segmentation and targeting, marketing mix optimization, incentive compensation, and sales process design.

 

 

Before joining ZS, Ramsés was with P&G as a Process and Operations Engineer for the diaper category business. He was involved with various new technology and processes transfer to local production sites in Mexico, including setup, certification, and later day-to-day operations.

 

 

Ramsés holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He graduated at the top of his class from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico, with a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Ramsés is a native Spanish speaker, bilingual in English and fluent in Portuguese.
