Richard serves as an engagement manager across multiple clients—large and small—to address their business operations challenges. He is also part of the extended ZS sales compensation leadership team.



During his 15 years at ZS, Richard has worked with leading companies across therapy areas within the pharmaceutical industry in the U.S.


Richard’s core areas of expertise include sales force operations, including sizing, alignment and targeting, and with a special focus on incentive compensation.



Richard holds a B.S. from the Webb Institute in naval architecture and marine engineering, and an S.M. in ocean systems management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
