Saby has helped several large global companies shape their customer-centric mission through digital transformations and has consistently delivered strong commercial outcomes for his clients.


Saby leads ZS’s global digital customer experience (DCE) practice area. In his current role, he serves as an executive sponsor to clients for many of ZS’s omnichannel customer experience transformation programs, sets the strategic roadmap for the practice’s portfolio of offerings and capabilities, while nurturing a high-performing global team of digital practitioners focused on driving exemplary value for our clients.


Saby is focused on advising and helping clients transform their customer-facing organizations to stronger digital organizations. He has expertise in designing and implementing scalable, cross-functional global programs in several customer-centric topics including omnichannel customer orchestration, content hyper-personalization, digital field excellence and marketing technology transformation. 

Prior experience

Prior to joining ZS, Saby focused on CRM transformations in life sciences, consumer goods and financial services at Oracle and PwC.


Saby holds an executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s of engineering in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Jadavpur University in India.
