Scott has 12-plus years of experience consulting with life sciences clients—primarily in the pharmaceutical industry—and works with these companies both in the U.S. and globally.
Scott has a broad range of experience across a variety of strategy, sales and marketing issues. He has supported clients across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Scott specializes in helping clients with commercial strategy and organization design in addition to field force effectiveness. During his career at ZS, he has helped clients with go-to-market strategy, field force structure and sizing, territory alignment, targeting, call planning, field force effectiveness diagnostics, customer engagement process design, sales training, incentive compensation and key account management. He has also led many strategic transformations requiring broad organizational change across various client functions.
Scott started his career as an intern in ZS’s Princeton, N.J., office and joined ZS full-time as an associate in the Philadelphia office.
Scott holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
