As a strategy insights and planning associate principal, Scott currently focuses on oncology commercial engagement and data strategy. He also works within ZS’s incentive compensation and brand analytics areas.
Since joining ZS in 2014, Scott has gained broad experience leading teams in a variety of pharmaceutical sales and marketing functions. These include incentive compensation design and administration, brand analytics, sales force sizing and geographic alignments, and marketing mix studies.
Scott also played a large role leading research for ZS’s Explorer Study, which provided industry-spanning quantitative benchmarks for sales force effectiveness investments.
Scott came to ZS from Johnson & Johnson, where he worked in strategic financial analysis as part of the company’s finance leadership development program.
Scott holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the College of New Jersey. He is a licensed CPA.
