Shantanu has nine-plus years of consulting experience in the U.S., with five-plus years of experience with oncology.



Shantanu’s areas of expertise are within sales and marketing effectiveness. He has worked extensively in areas such as digital strategy and execution, implementation of Agile working models, customer preference analytics and incentive compensation.



Shantanu is working on his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He graduated from Mumbai University with an engineering degree in production and secured the top rank in the city of Mumbai.
