Sisi leads research-driven strategic engagements to help clients hone their competitiveness and increase customer value, as well as supporting global product opportunity assessment and due diligence work.




Sisi has extensive experience in marketing strategy, analytics and market research with major pharmaceutical, CPG, digital health, device and non-profit organizations. She has supported due diligence work for pharma, digital and device assets in the U.S., EU, Japan and China. Sisi also supports clients with developing brand positioning, market segmentation and customer activation strategies. She combines best practices in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform long-term strategic planning decisions.



Prior experience

Prior to joining ZS, Sisi was a manager at Rosetta Marketing (now SapientRazorfish), where she led global projects to develop strategy and positioning for major pharmaceutical and OTC health brands.




Sisi holds an M.S. degree in sustainability management from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in biological engineering with a minor in management science from MIT.
