Sonia focuses on improving commercial teams’ results for both new launches and in-market products.

Sonia has more than 10 years of consulting experience focused on pharmaceutical commercial and launch excellence. She serves as the office managing principal in ZS’s Shanghai office.

Sonia’s areas of expertise include go-to-market strategy and implementation. She has worked extensively in areas such as end-to-end go-to-market strategy and implementation design, commercial excellence, sales force productivity and incentive design.

Prior to ZS, Sonia was a project engineer for Enerpac. 

Sonia has an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also has a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in electrical engineering.
