Srihari’s focus is on digital transformation across the pharma industry, including the pull-through of customer strategy to execution and driving an orchestrated experience.
Srihari has over 13 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked across a wide spectrum of transformation projects within the field, customer-centric and multichannel marketing areas including analytics, technology and operations. His areas of focus include reporting and UX transformation, data management, AI-driven orchestration, marketing technology, omnichannel customer engagement data management, analytics and operations. He also has experience in designing and implementing large technology and operational transformation programs at several large pharmaceutical clients.
Srihari received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a master’s in decision systems from Texas A&M University.
