Stephanie is a seasoned UX professional with over 20 years of experience in user research, content strategy and leadership, specializing in human-centered design for global healthcare companies. She excels in translating user needs into effective product and UX strategies through qualitative and quantitative research, content audits and communication plans. With a background in communications science, Stephanie is dedicated to enhancing user experiences across pharma, medical devices and patient communication, advocating for universal wellness and healthcare access.

Stephanie’s consulting career spans across the healthcare, retail, social and financial services sectors, with expertise in pharma, payer, medical device and medical services industries. She has a deep history of building high-performing teams and client relationships.

Stephanie has a master’s degree in communication science from Northwestern University and a B.A. in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
