Stephen is the managing principal of ZS’s operations practice.
Over the past 20 years at ZS, Stephen has developed and deployed operations and analytics capabilities including process excellence and transformation, intelligent automation and client shared services. He has established three expertise centers at ZS including operations excellence, technology delivery excellence and program management. In sales compensation, he has contributed to numerous publications, led workshops for several companies and presented at industry conferences. Collectively, these capabilities support dozens of clients across 10-plus industries in over 90 countries.
Stephen previously led the sales compensation practice area at ZS, where he helped shape sales compensation for much of the pharma industry, leading to more motivated sales forces and improved sales. He also led ZS’s New Delhi, India, office where he helped grow it from 300 to 800 people. Prior to ZS, he worked in engineering consulting for several years.
Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, and engineering degrees from Cornell University and the University of Western Ontario. In addition, he is a certified compensation professional and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
