Building on 20 years of experience as a practitioner, consultant and leader in assessment and development, Tania leads ZS’s global expertise team focused on enabling organizations to fully capitalize on the potential and performance of their people. She has extensive international experience encompassing Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the United States.

 

 

As an organizational psychologist and economist, Tania’s focus is on the intersection of business and people. She leads client solutions in areas as diverse as enabling talent mobility and talent development to address changing field force needs to designing and delivering development programs for cross-functional leadership teams. Tania has been awarded for her innovation in developing assessment and development approaches that yield demonstrable benefits in utility, learning transfer and productivity.

 

 

Tania’s early career focused on internal people roles in retail, life sciences and financial services. When she moved to consulting, she changed her focus to multinational corporations as a client advisor. Tania also served as the leadership and talent practice leader for Europe for Hay Group.

 

Tania also served as an associate teaching fellow at the University of London and has collaborated with institutions such as MIT and the Open University. She is a guest lecturer with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Imperial College (EMBA).

 

 

Tania has undergraduate degrees in economics and psychology and an MSc in occupational psychology. She is currently undertaking a professional doctorate in the area of organizational psychology.
