Role



Tina is a leader in ZS’s provider practice area. As a founding member of the practice, she is passionate about developing trusted relationships with regional health systems through designing and launching new business models to drive sustainable service-line growth, therapeutic innovation and improve health outcomes. She believes in meeting her clients where they are and building fit-for-purpose solutions to help them thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.

Expertise



Tina’s 15 years of experience across health systems, pharmaceutical organizations and health plans has given her a unique appreciation of the broader healthcare economic value chain and organizational and stakeholder dynamics. She applies this knowledge to help senior leaders navigate and design unique business strategies, products and programs, resulting in transparent data and aligned incentives. Tina has also worked with many of the country’s leading organizations to drive this type of transformational change, bringing digital, analytics, AI and commercialization capabilities to create lasting, measurable impact.

Prior experience



Prior to ZS, Tina worked at Epic, where she focused on enhancing efficiencies and care outcomes in the operating room. Earlier in her career, she held research positions at Mount Sinai Hospital, studying muscle tissue and Alzheimer’s disease. Her health, tech and research background provides her with a strong foundation for driving innovation and impact in the industry.

Education



Tina holds a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
