Tony is the office managing principal for ZS’s Seattle office, and a leader in the firm’s go-to-market strategy and transformation practice. His focus is on supporting clients on sales effectiveness and transformation initiatives. He has worked in ZS’s London and Toronto offices, engaging with clients across Europe and North America.
Tony’s areas of expertise include sales force design, sales effectiveness, incentives and sales operations. He has led client engagements in sales and marketing strategy and execution across a number of industries including travel and transportation, industrial products, financial services and high-tech. Tony works directly with a variety of sales channels including key account teams, field sales, inside sales, distributors and other channel partners. He is a frequent writer and speaker on sales effectiveness issues, including guest lecturing at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Before joining ZS in 2004, Tony was with a major high-tech company, where he was engaged in sales of hardware and software used in manufacturing, industrial automation and research applications.
Tony holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and physics from Queen's University in Canada.
