Role



Victoria has 18 years of healthcare marketing experience. She has worked with life sciences companies to improve their performance and connect with patients. As the East Coast lead for the patient practice area, she helps bring the patient voice into brand marketing decisions.

 

 

Expertise



With deep expertise in integrated marketing communications tracking and reporting, Victoria helps clients better understand the effects of their marketing programs, and she guides the design of optimized solutions. Victoria’s specific areas of expertise include direct-to-consumer strategy and planning, patient experience mapping, patient segmentation and point-of-care marketing (including telehealth trends).

 

 

Prior experience



Prior to joining ZS, Victoria worked on the healthcare agency side of pharma marketing, holding positions in engagement strategy and planning, analytics and insights. Victoria spent four years as the market segment manager at BCBS of Iowa and South Dakota, and she brings this payer insight into her consumer marketing work.

 

 

Education



Victoria holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School in New York. She graduated with a B.A. in theatre from the University of Iowa. She also holds a group benefit associate certificate from IFEBP at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
