Will leads the medtech omnichannel marketing capability area. Will is based in ZS’s London office and focuses primarily on the European markets in the medical technology industry, advising clients on commercial strategy and commercial excellence.
Will has worked across Europe and the U.S., helping clients leverage customer insights and analytics to transform their commercial strategy and customer engagement models. His expertise also includes go-to-market strategy and channel design, opportunity assessment, post-merger commercial integration and new product launch strategy.
Will began his career in the ZS London office in 2009. From 2014 to 2018, he was part of the U.S. medtech consulting team based in ZS’s Evanston, Ill., office.
Will graduated with a first-class degree from Trinity College, Oxford University, and is also a fluent German speaker.
