Zainul has nine years of consulting experience. He drives ZS’s digital strategy and execution practice, with a focus on European organizations.

 

 

Zainul’s area of expertise is digital strategy design, supporting clients across their transformation, analytics and technology, and operations efforts. Recent work includes customer journey design and segmentation, customer preference and marketing mix analytics, AI-decision engine development, marketing team upskilling, operating model design and change transformation support.

 

 

Throughout his career at ZS, Zainul has worked on a range of commercial problems, including go-to-market design, sales compensation design, reporting and sales process design.

 

 

Zainul holds an master’s of philosophy and a B.A. in economics from the University of Cambridge, Trinity College.
