Albert Chu
Background and experience
Albert is a leader in ZS’s health plan and provider practice, advising organizations on strategy, innovation and operational integration across payer, provider and pharmacy domains. Albert focuses on helping small to midsize health plans translate market and policy complexity into executable strategies that improve affordability, quality and growth.
He brings healthcare experience spanning the payer, provider and pharmacy sectors, including leadership roles within the Blue Cross Blue Shield system. Before joining ZS in 2025, he served as executive director in the Federal Employee Program at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, leading client relations, strategic planning and innovation initiatives for the nation’s largest employer-sponsored health plan.
