Alex leads key account management (KAM) strategy for life sciences companies, guiding commercial model design, capability development and data-driven transformation to strengthen customer engagement.
Alex is a strategic adviser for organizations transforming their business-to-business engagement models. Alex’s experience includes helping global pharmaceutical companies develop their business case for KAM; design their transformation; build and align KAM strategies across both U.S. and outside U.S. markets; and prioritize the right processes, tools and enablers to bring the strategy to life. Alex is also a regular speaker at the Strategic Account Management Association’s annual meeting and is a co-author of the book, “Key Account Management Excellence in Pharma & Medtech.”
