Alex Trusca
Background and experience
Alex is an expert in ZS’s travel and hospitality practice area, specializing in strategy development and execution, commercial excellence and implementation of leading AI solutions. His deep experience in travel and hospitality comes from having tackled a wide variety of commercial challenges with many of the industry’s largest brands. His expertise ranges across hotel brands, short-term rental organizations, travel tech firms and online travel agencies.
He consistently leads projects optimizing commercial functions and enabling clients to drive enhanced business results. Along with large-scale commercial and go-to-market (GTM) transformations, Alex has led projects across a diverse spectrum in the travel and hospitality space, including redesigning org structures, revamping incentive compensation design and execution, and elevating talent and learning teams.
Alex partners with industry leaders to deeply understand their issues and bring the right data, insights and best practices to help them achieve their objectives. He often shares and publishes about industry best practices and engages with industry publications, events and thought leaders.
