Allen leads ZS’s business consulting practice in India, helping pharmaceutical clients maximize brand performance and apply customer insights, analytics and go-to-market strategy to drive growth.
Allen leads ZS’s customer insights capability in India, developing innovative approaches to help pharmaceutical clients make data-driven decisions. His expertise spans brand planning, opportunity assessment, demand estimation and forecasting, targeting and segmentation, product performance tracking, product launch planning and marketing analytics. He also advanced the firm’s agile insights capability by commercializing a mobile-based research platform that accelerates decision-making and improves real-time customer understanding.
Before joining ZS, Allen was with Infosys, where he served as a technology consultant offering business intelligence and data warehousing solutions to Fortune 500 clients in the retail and logistics sectors.
