Amy Goodman
Background and experience
Amy is a leader in ZS’s health plan and provider practice. She works with clients to define tailored strategies and practical constraints, and align stakeholders on program design and implementation. She advises clients across a range of business priorities, including product and commercialization strategy, payer-provider, sales effectiveness and partnership and innovation approaches. Much of her work focuses on the intersection between business strategy, data and operations to drive performance and value for health plans and other healthcare stakeholders.
Amy has expertise across the health plan value chain, including sales, product, population health, consumer engagement, provider network management, value-based care and data governance.
Before ZS, Amy gained extensive experience in management consulting, working to solve complex challenges for a range of healthcare industry companies.
