Anshul has a unique blend of supply chain and manufacturing domain knowledge and transformative solution-building expertise. He helps organizations drive customer satisfaction and revenue, optimize supply chain resource allocation, streamline processes and drive innovation to maximize business value. Anshul’s expertise includes supply chain digitalization, predictive and self-learning supply chain solutions and integrated business planning. He has helped reimagine and define supply chains for complex therapies, including cell and gene therapies.
Anshul worked on resource optimization in the high-tech industry before moving into the life sciences industry.
