Apoorva Aggarwal
Background and experience
Apoorva leads ZS’s engagement with a top-10 pharma client in India, bringing her expertise working across commercial operations. As the India lead for the ZS New Delhi office, she ensures that the global operating model works effectively. Apoorva has built strong relationships with clients and helped grow ZS’s business from a center of excellence office into a central office today. She drives a cohesive team culture across 100-plus ZS employees, strengthens client relationships and brings innovation to the projects we do. She has positively impacted many areas of the organization and team members, and she continues to foster an environment where the team improves both individually and collectively. She is passionate about helping women build successful careers and participates in Women@ZS. Apoorva brings alternative thinking to a variety of programs to help women at ZS grow professionally.
Since 2015, Apoorva has worked across insurance, reinsurance, risk and catastrophic modeling, as well as fraud waste and abuse analytics for a large healthcare payer. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt who is responsible for running Six Sigma process transformation projects. In 2019, she was honored with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star award, representing ZS among more than 2,000 industry leaders.
