Arun Bhosle
Background and experience
Arun is an associate principal at ZS who leads data, analytics and agentic AI-driven transformations for pharma organizations, with a focus on commercial excellence and scalable platform solutions. He partners with clients to design and deliver strategies that strengthen decision-making, improve execution and enable sustained commercial impact.
In his role, Arun leads client engagements spanning the full commercial analytics life cycle, from platform strategy and architecture through deployment and adoption. His work includes advising organizations on ZAIDYN® implementations, supporting market entry strategies and leading large-scale platform rollouts across geographically diverse environments.
Arun has worked with a wide range of life sciences organizations, from emerging biotechs preparing for initial launches to established pharmaceutical companies modernizing their data infrastructure. He is known for aligning stakeholders, translating complex business priorities into high-impact analytics solutions and bridging strategic advisory with hands-on delivery. Arun joined ZS in 2013.
