Bas Ludoph
Background and experience
Bas leads ZS’s relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device clients in China. Bas has over a decade of healthcare and financial services consulting experience in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. His expertise covers a wide range of sales and marketing issues.
During the course of his career, Bas has helped pharmaceutical and medical device companies on topics including business model innovation, go-to-market strategy, pricing, forecasting, marketing mix optimization, SFE diagnosis and improvement, sales force sizing, sales force structure, organizational design, segmentation and targeting, postmerger integration, divestments/carve outs and cost reduction.
Before joining ZS, Bas worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he was a principal in the Amsterdam office. He also founded his own medical device company, which he successfully grew through a number of acquisitions and exited by a sale to a financial investor.
