Bernadette Fahey
Background and experience
Bernadette is a ZS consultant on the strategy and transformation team, focusing on talent development and helping organizations translate strategy into performance and measurable growth.
Since joining ZS, she has supported her client teams in initiatives related to leadership development, change management, talent strategy, personnel assessment approaches, sales process design and sales training.
Bernadette completed her Ph.D. in educational psychology prior to coming to ZS. In this program, she became experienced in conducting and analyzing research in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. While at Temple, Bernadette also served as an adjunct professor and gained clinical experience as an extern at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
