Caglar leads ZS’s supply chain planning practice, helping global clients optimize their planning, network visibility and overall resilience by AI-driven advanced analytics.
He is an expert in helping companies create competitive advantage through supply chain innovation, focusing primarily on advanced data science applications, digital twins, supply chain resiliency and predictive solutions in complex planning ecosystems.
Caglar has spent two decades with different Fortune 500 companies across different supply chain and manufacturing functions. Some major initiatives that he led are deploying and running global integrated business planning programs; establishing regional centers of excellence; enabling quick response task forces during the COVID-19 pandemic; redesigning a large-scale manufacturing network across EMEA; running the long-term capital expenditure program for a large manufacturing network; and revamping the end-to-end supply chain process for a multi-billion-dollar ecosystem.
