Background and experience
Chris specialized in helping clients overcome the challenges of translating business strategies into local actions through the complexities of sales and marketing organizations.
Chris worked in 20-plus countries across all continents in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, airline, industrial products, high-tech and communications sectors. His broad expertise ranges from sales and marketing integrations to sales and marketing capability transformations, and commercial model redesign and implementations.
In addition, Chris was a frequent guest speaker on commercial effectiveness and account management at international symposia and at U.K. business schools.
Prior to his current role, Chris headed ZS’s EU sales practice and was also based in ZS’s Frankfurt and Chicago offices.
