David Schneider
Background and experience
David is a principal in the San Francisco office and a leader within ZS’s digital strategy practice. He focuses on innovation, digital strategy and operating model and organizational design, helping life sciences organizations think through how technology can better support the way they work.
His background in technology spans everything from custom application development and data management to digital-driven innovation and change enablement. David works with clients to connect strategy to execution, embedding new approaches and technologies in ways that are practical, scalable and aligned to how organizations operate.
He has led engagements across technology, operations, strategy and change management for leading life sciences companies. His experience includes platform and partnership strategy, commercial systems design, go-to-market operations and process optimization, with a consistent focus on making emerging technology solutions actually work in real-world settings.
Before rejoining ZS in 2022, David led the channel sales organization and platform development at a consumer tech company in the Bay Area. In that role, he helped redesign the organization to scale growth through technology platforms and partnerships.
