Deepali is an associate principal at ZS and a leader in ZAIDYN® commercialization for leading pharmaceutical companies. She partners with life sciences organizations to design and execute large-scale strategies that drive growth, operational excellence and measurable business impact through technology-enabled solutions.
Deepali specializes in aligning business strategy, technology and operations to address complex commercial challenges. She has led transformation initiatives spanning commercial operations, digital enablement, technology implementation, operating model design and change management. In her role, she works closely with senior stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions enabled through ZAIDYN that enhance customer engagement, commercial effectiveness and overall efficiency.
