Background and experience
Didier leads ZS’s go-to-market and customer engagement orchestration work in Europe, helping pharma, biotech, generics and animal health clients achieve stronger commercial results worldwide. Didier has steered projects in areas including sales force transformation, mergers and integration, sales force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, sales and marketing capability building, omnichannel engagement strategy and next best action implementation. Didier has supported the deployment of ZS’s omnichannel next best action solution for several pharma companies in Europe, leveraging data science expertise, technology enablers, change management and organization design principles.
Prior to ZS, Didier was an automotive research engineer.
