Emily Alexander
Background and experience
Emily is an associate principal in ZS’s Chicago office, helping financial services clients design go-to-market strategies that optimize sales performance and growth. During her seven-plus years at ZS, she has worked on solving sales and marketing issues across the financial services industry, including insurance, group benefits, retirement, wealth management and asset management.
Emily has partnered with clients to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including understanding the market landscape, creating the strategy, optimizing the distribution structure and deployment across captive and noncaptive sales teams and designing motivating sales incentive plans and contests.
Before joining ZS, Emily was a part of the strategy program at Discover Financial, working to develop and implement digital marketing strategy for its consumer banking home equity loans division. Emily also was a part of the industrial engineering team at Hewitt Associates.
