Emily Goldsher-Diamond
Background and experience
Emily leads ZS’s site and patient engagement and recruitment team, helping life sciences organizations improve trial speed, cost and quality by centering patient and site needs.
Emily brings nearly a decade of experience in applying human-centered design to challenges across clinical development. She leads cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, such as next-generation patient voice capabilities and trial acceleration strategies. Emily has conducted global field research with diverse stakeholders and is passionate about making healthcare more accessible, equitable and empathetic. She has also presented original research at the annual meetings of the American Anthropological Association, the American Ethnological Society and the Society for Social Studies of Science.
