In ZS’s consumer marketing practice, Eric helps clients find the signal in the noise—translating customer insight into practical strategies that drive innovation, product growth and market success.
Throughout his career, Eric has helped clients across a wide array of industries—including CPG, durable goods, life sciences and travel and hospitality—generate business insights and develop new marketing capabilities. He’s led engagements to support the full spectrum of marketing functions, including segmentation, consumer journey, marketing mix modeling, innovation, M&A, brand strategy and measurement and reporting.
Eric has particular expertise in applying AI to drive efficiencies across insights and marketing functions and has played a key role in developing and implementing ZS’s proprietary gen AI-enabled insights capability, Atlas Intelligence.
