Erika is a leader in ZS’s commercial AI and digital customer experience practices, with a specific focus on strategy and business transformation. She has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare, both in business consulting and on the client side.
Erika drives organizational transformation and change across multiple AI, analytics and tech-enabled capabilities, including customer engagement, commercial analytics and data. She has also shaped commercial strategies for launch and in-line portfolios and products across dozens of brands and therapy areas.
Her expertise includes AI, omnichannel strategy, customer engagement, organizational design and change management, and brand marketing.
