Eva Struckmeyer
Background and experience
Eva is a leader in ZS’s patient and health equity practice and leads ZS’s consulting and advisory work for a major European client as well as ZS’s affiliate business in Germany and the DACH region.
Eva has decades of experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Her primary passion lies in patient-centric and customer-focused change initiatives. She supports EU headquarter clients and affiliates in German-speaking countries in strategic and implementation-focused decision-making. Eva has also worked in portfolio, pipeline and launch strategy across multiple disease areas, including immunology, cardio-metabolic diseases, oncology, respiratory, women’s health and rare diseases.
Eva was named a Luminary by the Healthcare Businesswomen Association in 2023 for her impact as a leader in patient and consumer health and for championing ZS’s inclusion and belonging efforts.
In her 17 years with ZS, Eva’s work has spanned many therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular and metabolic, respiratory, women’s healthcare, immunology, rare disease and gastroenterology.
