Background and experience

Ikuko leads ZS’s Tokyo office, partnering with life sciences clients to refine marketing and sales strategies, apply customer insights to enhance brand impact and accelerate commercial performance.

Ikuko’s focus is marketing and sales strategy development, refinement and implementation. She has led a variety of marketing, sales and customer insight projects in the Japan market for both pipeline and in-market products. She also has rich experience in working with stakeholders across global geographies, functions and levels. She has led many meetings and workshops for brainstorming and building consensus for strategies and actions.
