Background and experience
Jaideep leads the platform business unit and corporate development at ZS, shaping how technology accelerates growth. A former CEO and chairman, he continues to guide the firm’s strategic direction.
Jaideep has over 30 years of experience in addressing sales and marketing issues for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. His areas of expertise include sales and marketing strategy and effectiveness, digital customer engagement, commercial model evolution, value-based healthcare and technology implementation, as well as expertise in acquisitions, partnerships and equity investments. His assignments have included work in several countries, including the U.S., Canada, Australia and Mexico.
Jaideep has had many diverse roles at ZS, including software development and mathematical modeling, functioning as a client service lead, opening and leading the Princeton office, helping incubate ventures within ZS and leading ZS’s pharmaceutical industry practice area.
