Background and experience
Jeff leads ZS’s global biometrics and clinical data practice areas, where he helps clients build strategies and technology transformations that reduce cycle times and maximize data value.
He is a proven transformation leader with experience leading large, multiyear clinical data hub programs that establish AI-ready foundations. These programs support agentic-enabled functions across the full data life cycle—from acquisition and management through review, statistical programming and biostatistical analysis.
He also has deep expertise in developing multimodal data models based on CDISC, OMOP and other standards to support precision medicine, translational science and clinical trial design. His work includes deploying the tools, governance structures and processes needed to enable secure, scalable data access.
