Jon Roffman
Background and experience
Jon leads ZS’s global pharmaceuticals practice, advising oncology companies on go-to-market strategy, customer engagement and innovative commercial model design. He also leads the firm’s oncology practice area.
Jon’s expertise is in go-to-market strategy, customer experience and key account management. He has significant experience with field teams including sales force, medical, payer and key account teams. He has also led many initiatives to design innovative customer engagement and deployment models.
Jon has advised more than 30 oncology companies—ranging from small biotechs launching their first product to large multinational companies building out their portfolios—on sales and marketing strategy issues.
Before joining ZS in 2005, Jon worked in the semiconductor industry with a startup microchip design firm.
