Jordan Less
Background and experience
Jordan is a leader in ZS’s strategy and transformation practice area with deep experience in organization design and capability building across the life sciences industry. Since joining ZS in 2013, he has partnered with clients to design and implement large-scale organizational transformations.
Over the past several years, Jordan has led more than 10 transformation programs, including U.S. go-to-market model design and implementation, the launch of an insights and analytics center of excellence, the design and launch of a U.S. medical affairs function and next-generation marketing organization redesign initiatives. He has also designed and delivered global capability-building programs for sales, account management, marketing and insights and analytics teams, upskilling more than 5,000 professionals worldwide.
Beyond client work, Jordan serves on the board of directors of the nonprofit organization Bpeace and is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
