Jordan Less
Background and experience
Jordan is a leader in ZS’s strategy and transformation practice, where he helps companies transform their organizational design, capability-building and implementation. He has also developed capability-building programs that have trained more than 5,000 people globally.
Jordan joined ZS in 2013. He has experience in life sciences consulting, with a focus on operating model design, transformation, launch strategy and talent strategy for clients from Fortune 500 companies to small-to-midsize startups.
Jordan teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. He also serves on the executive council of the Business Council for Peace (Bpeace). This nonprofit focuses on creating jobs through pro bono consulting for small, women-led businesses in communities that need assistance.
Before joining ZS, Jordan worked as a financial solutions consultant for Merrill Lynch.
