Judith Kulich
Background and experience
Judith is the chair of ZS’s shareholders’ council and leads ZS’s Americas West region, supporting client relationships and team leadership across the western United States and Buenos Aires. She also serves as ZS’s business responsibility and impact chair.
Judith has spent much of her 25-plus years in the healthcare industry focused on drug development and commercialization. She has partnered with large and emerging pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to bring innovative therapies to market. In recent years, she has expanded beyond life sciences, bringing sectors together around a common aim of addressing disparities in care and global health inequities.
She led ZS’s forecasting practice and established and ran the firm’s pipeline and launch strategy practice and patient health and equity accelerator. Judith also oversaw ZS’s firmwide practice council, led ZS’s San Francisco office and was one of the founders of Women@ZS and the firm’s philanthropic arm, ZS Cares.
