Background and experience
Kapil is the global leader of ZS’s ZAIDYN®platform. He focuses on large transformation initiatives, AI and machine learning and big data technologies. He is also the business technology lead for various large and midsize pharmaceutical clients.
Kapil has over 20 years of experience with a focus on strategizing, designing and building technology solutions to improve commercial effectiveness across a wide range of technologies. He has worked across industry verticals on a range of issues, including specialty pharma, launch analytics, brand insights, customer intelligence, global data management platforms, and large data lake and data warehouse optimization.
During his time at ZS, Kapil has focused on building intellectual capital and analytics products, large transformation programs and big data capability development.
Prior to joining ZS, Kapil was the head of technology at a boutique CRO and held executive-level roles at Genzyme and LabCorp, leading multiyear transformation programs
