As ZS’s client services leader, Karan leads a global life sciences team supporting R&D through commercialization and helps reimagine how companies plan and deliver in a changing marketplace.
Karan has 15-plus years of consulting experience and strong expertise in healthcare on topics like customer engagement, organization design, commercial innovation and integrated analytics. Karan has led clients through a variety of cross-functional initiatives that require a strategic mindset and transformation approach.
Karan joined ZS’s Pune, India, office in 2005 immediately after graduation. He was one of the first members of the rapidly growing ZS India team supporting sales analytics. Karan transferred to ZS’s Princeton, N.J., office in 2009 and began to expand his consulting repertoire in healthcare.
