Kevin Santo
Background and experience
Kevin leads ZS’s German affiliate team and key account management practice, helping clients design and implement cross-functional go-to-market and engagement strategies. He works with clients to create appropriate customer engagement strategies and supports their implementation through effective change management across operating model definition and capability building.
Kevin is a strategic leader with special expertise in delivering holistic and cross-functional go-to-market solutions. His experience includes commercial and medical go-to-market models, defining omnichannel customer engagement strategies and building corresponding capabilities. Additionally, he has supported product launches across various indications and has defined strategic account management approaches for implementation with in-field teams.
Prior to joining ZS, Kevin worked several years in the media industry, mainly focusing on sales controlling, strategic and product marketing management, as well as brand management of digital media and publishing products.
