Background and experience
Krishna GS is a technology and AI leader in ZS’s Chicago office who partners with emerging and first launch biopharma companies—including members of the largest health insurance federation in the U.S.—to design and scale their commercial foundations. He focuses on turning data, digital and AI into practical capabilities that help growth stage organizations navigate first launches, build high performing field and customer teams, and prepare for their next wave of assets.
With over more than 12 years in life sciences, Krishna has helped biopharma clients modernize how they engage customers and make decisions, across data engineering, advanced analytics, AI and machine learning, business intelligence and multiagent architectures. His work at ZS spans modern commercial and analytics platforms, including customer and field solutions, data and insight hubs, and AI-enabled applications that support launch readiness, omnichannel engagement and field performance.
Krishna works closely with senior business and IT leaders to connect strategy, operating models and technology, with a particular emphasis on scalable cloud, generative AI and agentic solutions in regulated environments. He holds multiple industry certifications from leading cloud hyperscalers, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and generative and agentic AI credentials.
Earlier in his career, Krishna was a software engineer at a product startup, building clinical trial applications to support drug development.
