Laura Elisa Montealegre
Background and experience
Laura leads ZS’s U.S. enterprise data management and analytics practice area. She has a proven track record of delivering commercial tech and data implementations.
With her years of experience in data management, augmented analytics and enterprise data governance, she partners with life sciences organizations to drive value from large tech transformations. More recently, Laura has focused on advancing ZS’s innovation in agentic AI for data management.
Her work spans end-to-end reporting, data products and governance transformations, as well as CRM, MDM and martech programs. She has supported clients across multiple commercial domains, including sales operations, medical, patient services, omnichannel engagement, specialty pharma, buy and bill and biosimilars.
Before joining ZS, Laura worked as an IT consultant specializing in systems integration and enterprise web content management solutions.
