Mark Sneathen
Background and experience
Mark is a principal at ZS and leads the firm’s customer experience practice. He helps organizations use data, analytics and technology to drive growth by connecting strategy to execution across marketing, digital and customer experience initiatives.
His work focuses on digital marketing and customer experience transformation, partnering with clients to design and activate growth strategies that link analytics, marketing technology and digital ecosystems. Mark supports organizations as they deepen customer engagement, unlock new sources of value and translate strategy into measurable commercial impact.
Before joining ZS in 2025, Mark served as an operating executive in public and private equity-backed companies. He held leadership roles at Nielsen, Mediaocean, 4C, Aqfer and eSpark, managing P&Ls and leading teams across sales, marketing, client success, operations and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting, advising global clients on growth strategy and performance improvement.
