Background and experience

Martin leads ZS’s creative and design practice, helping life sciences clients connect strategy, branding and human-centered design to improve marketing, sales and customer engagement globally.

Martin has developed therapeutic expertise across hepatitis C, diabetes, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and psoriatic arthritis. He helps clients turn strategy into performance through full-service advertising, creative communication, launch readiness, segmentation, positioning, marketing mix optimization, message testing, brand tracking, sales force effectiveness, call planning and CRM alignment. He also brings deep global program management experience, including an in-house role as business director for a major pharmaceutical client’s sales force rollout to 10,000 representatives in 22 countries, as well as global marketing research initiatives spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Before ZS, Martin worked for PwC as a consultant specializing in customer relationship management strategy and implementation. He also worked as an innovations manager for SAP in a team reporting SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner.
